چکیده

Abstract Electromagnetic waves that have a wavelength of less than one millimeter are referred to as sub waves. In wave-based devices and systems, antennas critical components vital their operation. Antennas used in situations when transition between directed wave free-space is needed. Since, electromagnetic characteristics for receiving transmission the nano antenna mutually invertible, properties analyzed frequencies this overcomes limitations conventional design. They very small size, provide more efficiency, do not cause health threat. This paper reviews applications antenna, which operates at sub-millimeter frequency, field energy harvesting, space technology, IoT applications, 5G network, smart clothing, bio sensing, communication, etc? Also, fabricated by 3D printing technology also reviewed. The world’s ever-increasing need necessitates development alternate sources. There lot research going on right now enhance photovoltaic systems so they can be efficient, but constraint only collect from visible area spectrum. As result, novel device known Nano has been developed convert heat taken infrared spectrum into electricity. not-too-distant future, it will an impact wide range fields, such mobile communication (5G), radar detection, higher order frequency applications. Space broadband wireless communications, optical benefit its implementation.

Multi-octave metamaterial reflective half-wave plate for millimeter and sub-millimeter wave applications.

The quasi-optical modulation of linear polarization at millimeter and sub-millimeter wavelengths can be achieved by using rotating half-wave plates (HWPs) in front of polarization-sensitive detectors. Large operational bandwidths are required when the same device is meant to work simultaneously across different frequency bands. Previous realizations of half-wave plates, ranging from birefringen...

Physical design optimization of MOSFETs for millimeter wave and sub-millimeter wave circuits

Deep-scaled CMOS technologies have provided ultra-high speed devices and enabled the possibility to achieve integrated millimeter wave and sub-millimeter wave systemon-a-chip (SoC). However, the drawbacks and constraints of deep-scaled technologies require not only creative circuit design ideas but also accurate active device models and optimum physical design. The paper presents a systematic d...

Low-Overhead Coordination in Sub-28 Millimeter-Wave Networks

In this paper, we present some contributions from our recent investigation. We address the open issue of interference coordination for sub-28 GHz millimeter-wave communication, by proposing fast-converging coordination algorithms, for dense multi-user multi-cell networks. We propose to optimize a lower bound on the network sum-rate, after investigating its tightness. The bound in question resul...

Millimeter Wave Bands A

A millimeter wave antenna measurement system is presented. The frequencies of operation are around 100 GHz and 300 GHz (W/J Bands). The facility is a single reflector compact range system. Design tasks deal with the serrated reflector and the corresponding millimeter wave instrumentation design.

A Millimeter-Wave Achromatic Half Wave Plate

We have constructed an achromatic half wave plate (AHWP) suitable for the millimeter wavelength band. The AHWP was made from a stack of three sapphire a-cut birefringent plates with the optical axes of the middle plate rotated by 50.5 degrees with respect to the aligned axes of the other plates. The measured modulation efficiency of the AHWP at 110 GHz was 96 ± 1.5%. In contrast, the modulation...
